Larry Janesky
Larry Janesky has devoted his life to teaching contractors across North America how to lead effectively and generate sustainable growth for their business. Larry fostered his entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, and started building houses when he was just 17 years old. By 23, Larry had innovated a groundbreaking basement waterproofing system and opened the doors to his first official company, Connecticut Basement Systems, which today, installs more than $40 Million annually. Once Larry recognized that he had created a model of success, he immediately shifted his focus to sharing that model with others. Based on passion and trust alone, Larry grew a devoted Network of like-minded contractors and entrepreneurs, now called Contractor Nation.
Pat Clark
Pat Clark got his start in the exterior washing industry out of necessity, turning his side hustle into a career after being laid off. With no job and a 3-week-old baby at home, a fire was ignited, and in 2008, Pat founded Precision Pro Wash in Duncan, South Carolina. By 2013, Pat was so confident in his services and business model that he started to expand. Precision Pro Wash opened several new independently owned and operated locations across the country, all following the processes and principles that Pat had created. This tremendous business success earned Pat even more recognition in the industry, and he started receiving invitations to speak and train all over the country. With so much need and interest Pat created a scalable way to share his vast sales experience and all the lessons he's learned with other business owners looking for guidance and In 2018, Pat launched Sales Boost an intensive sales program designed to transform a sales team's performance, and empower business owners to reach their goals.
Larry Janesky and Pat Clark are cut from the same cloth. They both love business, but more importantly, they both love helping entrepreneurs succeed. Larry immediately realized Pat's expertise in sales and training, and Pat recognized how much could be achieved when bolstered by Larry's experience and Contractor Nation's resources. The two got to work using Pat's existing business model as a foundation and began to optimize each function of the business for efficiency, stability, and to shorten your learning curve.
