Larry Janesky is a successful business owner, author, speaker, and inventor with 29 patents. With more than 30 years of business experience, he has gone from being a self-employed home services contractor to an authority on creating and growing businesses.

He began his business adventure with self-employment at age 17. In the years since, he has discovered what he teaches today: business owners must grow personally to grow their businesses. It all started in 1987 with the founding of Connecticut Basement Systems, Inc. out of Larry's first home in Devon, CT, and continues to grow with the co-founding of Bright Brothers of the Valley.
